Refund Policy

We want Pythorix to be a tool you actually love. If it isn't — and we couldn't make it work for you — we'll refund you. Here's exactly how that works.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
Every paid plan (Starter, Growth, Pro) comes with a 30-day full refund from the date of your first paid charge. If Pythorix doesn't do what you expected, email us within 30 days and we'll refund the charge — no questions, no retention call, no fine print.
2. Free trial
Free trials don't require a credit card. If you choose not to upgrade after 14 days, your account simply pauses — no charge, nothing to refund.
3. Monthly subscriptions
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You retain full access until the end of the period — no service cut-off mid-month.
- We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months unless the cancellation is within the 30-day money-back window.
4. Annual subscriptions
- Within 30 days of first purchase: full refund.
- After 30 days: pro-rated refund for unused full months minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month; remaining balance is refunded.
5. Enterprise contracts
Enterprise refunds are governed by your signed agreement. Most agreements include a 60-day evaluation window with full refund and pro-rated cancellation thereafter. Contact your dedicated success manager.
6. What is NOT refundable
- One-time custom integration fees once delivered.
- Add-on services consumed (training sessions, custom development hours).
- Charges incurred under fraudulent or misrepresented signup.
7. How to request a refund
- Email us via Contact with subject prefix REFUND.
- Include your account email and the charge date(s) you want refunded.
- We respond within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
8. Indian tax considerations
For Indian customers: GST on refunded amounts is also reversed. If you claimed input tax credit, you may need to reverse that with your CA — we provide a credit note for any refund.
9. Disputes
We aim to resolve every refund request directly. If you're unsatisfied with our response, you can pursue dispute resolution per the Terms of Service. Please don't initiate a chargeback before contacting us — it doesn't speed things up, and it puts your account at risk of suspension.
