Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Pythorix you agree to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.

2. The service

Pythorix is an Autonomous Offensive Security Platform. We perform external, defensive-oriented security analysis against assets you authorise. We are not your compliance auditor, your incident responder, or a substitute for a qualified security team.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your account.
You must be 18+ and legally able to enter contracts.
One natural person per email. No shared logins.

4. Acceptable use

See our Acceptable Use Policy. Briefly: you may only scan assets you own or have explicit, written authorisation to assess. Violations result in suspension and may be reported to authorities.

5. Plans, billing, refunds

Free plan is free. No card. No expiration.
Paid plans bill monthly or annually in advance, non-refundable except where required by law.
You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period.
Plan limits apply per billing period (scans, assets, seats, integrations, schedules).
Going over the limit pauses scans until upgrade or next period — no automatic overage charges.

6. Data ownership

You own your scan results and reports. We hold a license to process them solely to deliver the service. We don't train AI models on your data without explicit, opt-in consent.

7. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information with at least the same care it uses for its own. Scan findings and account data are confidential.

8. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime on paid plans. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. Free plan is provided as-is, no SLA.

9. Termination

You may close your account any time via Settings → Account or by emailing us.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
Upon termination, scan results are retained per the Privacy Policy retention schedule.

10. Disclaimers

Pythorix is provided AS IS without warranty of any kind. Security findings reflect what an external scanner can observe at scan time. Absence of a finding is not a guarantee of safety. We are not liable for security incidents caused by issues we did not detect.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Pythorix against claims arising from your violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy — including unauthorised scanning of third-party assets.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your customer agreement.

14. Changes

Material changes are posted here and notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
